Meet the Founder
Raimund "Ray" Welge
Founder & Community Architect
Ray is an entrepreneur, creator and connector with deep roots in southern Africa. Both of his parents were born and raised here, and much of his life was spent between the Western Cape and Namibia — places that shaped his identity and values.
Growing up between continents gave him the freedom and warmth of Africa combined with the drive and creativity of Europe. After years of building businesses across music, events and tech, he returned to South Africa with a vision: to unite creators, entrepreneurs and modern nomads who share a love for connection, growth and giving back.
